At Cyberbot Academy LLC ("Cyberbot Academy," "we," "our," or "us"), protecting children and maintaining a safe online environment are fundamental priorities. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against child exploitation, abuse, and endangerment in any form. This Child Safety Standards outlines the measures implemented within Wowency to comply with applicable laws and industry standards, including the child safety requirements of major app distribution platforms.
1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Cyberbot Academy LLC strictly prohibits any content, activity, behavior, or communication that involves or promotes Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
The creation, possession, uploading, transmission, sharing, distribution, or promotion of any material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Any attempt to establish a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation, abuse, or the solicitation of sexual content or activity.
The coercion, manipulation, blackmail, or intimidation of a minor through actual or threatened disclosure of intimate images, personal information, or other sensitive content.
The recruitment, advertisement, solicitation, transportation, harboring, or exploitation of minors for commercial sexual activities or any form of abuse.
Any violation of this standard may result in immediate enforcement actions, including account suspension, permanent removal from the platform, and referral to appropriate authorities.
Wowency provides accessible and functional reporting tools that allow users to report content, accounts, messages, or behaviors that may violate our safety standards.
Users may:
Report inappropriate content directly within the application.
Report user profiles suspected of violating community or child safety standards.
Report messages, interactions, or communications that appear harmful, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe.
Reports concerning child safety receive the highest priority and are reviewed as quickly as possible by our Safety & Compliance Team.
Upon receiving a report or obtaining actual knowledge of potential CSAM or CSAE activity, We will take immediate action, including but not limited to:
Immediate removal of content determined to violate this standard or applicable law.
Permanent suspension or termination of user accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, including the blocking of associated device identifiers when appropriate.
Reporting confirmed instances of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where required by law, and cooperating fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations.
Preserving relevant records and evidence as required by law to support investigations and legal proceedings.
